Teen Naturalists: Migratory mammals and birds of Meyers Gulch

We will walk 3 miles through peaceful woods and meadows, looking for signs of moose and elk, along with flocks of forest birds, including wild turkeys, nuthatches, woodpeckers, bluebirds, and crossbills. BCAS has binoculars to loan. If you would like a pair, please include this request in your registration.

Teen Naturalist outings are open to unaccompanied students in sixth grade and up, as well as younger students accompanied by parents. Learn more about BCAS’ Teen Naturalist program.

Cost: This event is free for teens who register.

Where to Meet: Meet at the Walker Ranch Meyers Gulch parking area at 8am.
