Stars of a Summer Night (with Saturn's Rings)

Limit 15, RSVP to trip leader to reserve your spot after 6:00 pm on Monday August 28. Early registration is not accepted.

Trip Leader: Dave Sutherland, dsutherland4747@gmail.com https://www.davesutherland.co/

The program will be offered ONLY ONE OF THESE NIGHTS:
Friday September 8 OR Saturday September 9 OR Sunday September 10.  8:30 – 11 pm

Join Naturalist Dave Sutherland and a large telescope for a trip through the universe! We’ll look at the rings of Saturn before venturing off into the far reaches of the galaxy and beyond. Meeting location will be provided when you register. The program is being tentatively scheduled 3 nights in a row in hopes that one night at least will be clear for viewing. We will choose one night based on the best forecast and all registered participants will be notified.  Note: This is Dave’s first program using his new eVscope, a special telescope that captures colors and fine details of faint deep sky objects. Thanks to the donors who helped purchase this instrument!

Where to meet: Dave will provide the meeting location to registered participants.
