Per the CDC and State of Colorado and Boulder County Public Health, most public health orders are now lifted. Face coverings are no longer required for fully vaccinated individuals on our field trips. Those who are not fully vaccinated are required to wear a face covering. Those who are fully vaccinated may choose whether or not to wear a face covering.

Take an easy 2-mile hike with OSMP volunteer naturalist Dave Sutherland to visit the White Rocks Nature Preserve, an area so fragile and precious that it is ordinarily closed to visitation. Ricky Weiser, a pioneering Boulder conservationist, made her home here on the towering sandstone cliffs amid a rare plant community. The area teems with wildlife and is rich in history. Bring water and food as well as sun, rain and mosquito protection.
