Please only sign up if you will be fully vaccinated at least 2 weeks before the event (CDC guidelines) and bring a mask.

Marki LeCompte will lead us. She's a 30-year resident of south Boulder and a member of Boulder Birds & Brews. She is an avid birder and is very knowledgeable about the South Boulder Creek ecosystem and floodplain.

We will bird CU South for a couple of hours, then head to Under the Sun for brews. Bring binoculars, water, and insect repellent. Loaner binoculars will also be available. At Under the Sun you pay for your own drinks, and BCAS provides appetizers, as usual.

Where to meet: On the west side of Highway 36, turn south off Table Mesa Drive onto South Loop Road. Meet at the main parking lot at the end of the short road.
