Participants must follow CDC and State of Colorado and Boulder County Public Health guidelines on the COVID-19 pandemic. Participants must also follow individual field trip leader requirements, such as fully vaccinated status to register and/or wearing masks when in close proximity. And, PLEASE stay home if you are feeling unwell.

Meet at 9am, then drive to Allenspark. Possible bird species include Red Crossbill, Pygmy Nuthatch, Pine Siskin, Evening Grosbeak, Wild Turkey, Clark's Nutcracker, Cassin's Finch, and Black, Gray-crowned, and Brown-capped Rosy-Finch. If there is a High Wind Alert for Allenspark, we will bird Old St. Vrain Road just southwest of Lyons.

Where to meet: Meet on the north side of Lefthand Canyon Drive just west of Hwy 36, across from the Greenbriar Inn restaurant. Park along the wide shoulder, taking care not to block driveways or mailboxes.
